When did you live in Yauco?
Me, personally, I lived in Yauco for the first 18 years of my Jehova’s Witness, clean fun, no drugs, no booze, God loving, happy, spiritual life. Then Metallica and an LTD M50 changed my life.

What should everyone know about Yauco?
Yauco is home to me. All my family is back there and they all live relatively close to each other. Besides that, it’s a very boring city. The usual drinking on the weekends. People are friendly and, even though I’m not a huge coffee drinker, people say that some of the best coffee comes from Yauco.

Is there a thing that totally annoys you about the city?
That everything is closed early and there’s no good internet signal in my mom’s house, which means not a lot of jerking off when I go home to visit. Womp womp.

What is the greatest thing about living there?
Great weather, beautiful landscapes, the beach, my family and my friends.

How does the city reflect itself in your music? Does it influence you in any way?
The first band that I ever saw play hardcore punk was Dcent Jerks. They’re from the same city that we’re from. I was blown away by the energy and the intensity of the music when they played. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. It definitely influenced me and Casper to form a band.

Whats your favourite venue to play in Yauco?
Sadly, we’ve never played our hometown because it’s too small and there’s not a “scene” in Yauco. But I would love to play El Kifo one day just to fuck it up.

What’s your favourite place in the city?
My mom’s house. And Luisro’s house because I get to beat him in FIFA. He’s a bitch.

Do you have a favourite song or movie about the city?
Villancico Yaucano, I guess.

What would be a perfect slogan for Yauco?
Yauco, where Honda Civics are more important than drinking water. But I guess that applies to Puerto Ricans in general. :)
